John Blue, CPRP, is a parks and recreation consultant known for candor, scrutiny, and operational realism. With nearly a decade of municipal leadership—including service as Director of Parks and Recreation in Purcell, Oklahoma—he brings firsthand experience in budgeting, staff supervision, and capital planning. His consulting practice helps communities build public spaces that are ecologically sound, financially realistic, and operationally maintainable.
